Q: What's the best way to place an order?
A: The best way is to contact us on our Facebook business page - Sugar Sweetery. It will allow us to both have access to your request so we can answer when one of us is available. If you are not an avid Facebook user, you can email us at email@example.com.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, we ask for a non-refundable $20 deposit on all items, unless your order is less than $20. Once your deposit has been made your date is held.
Q: How far in advance should I request a date?
A: We always recommend getting on our calendar sooner rather than later. We do tend to fill up, especially around larger holidays. Even if you have not picked a theme or design, it's still a good idea to get on our calendar.
We are currently booking orders 2-3 months out! Don't wait!
There are times we can accept rush requests, but they will depend on availability and will require an additional charge. A rushed request is less than 2 weeks notice for an order.
Q: Do you offer desserts with nutritional restrictions (gluten-free, nut-free)?
A: At this time we do not have any recipes developed for dietary restrictions.
Q: Can you ship?
A: At this time we are not shipping treats. It is against our Cottage Food Operation to ship.
Q: Do we pickup the goods or do you deliver?
A: We'd prefer you to pickup your goods. We are located in Rancho Cordova, CA. If needed, we can deliver for a fee.
