• Order Response Time:

  • All order requests will be responded to within 5-7 business days from the date of receipt. (Please note that response times are slower during holidays.)

  • Our response will be confirmation of your order request.  We'll then follow up on details, such as design and flavor elements, in order to provide an accurate quote.

  • Check your spam accounts, as our emails may mistakenly be filtered there.

• Order Queue and Deposit:

  • Orders will be processed and finalized in the order they were received, ensuring fairness and efficiency.

  • Orders are not considered finalized until we receive the required deposit. (Larger orders may require a 50% deposit.)

• Order Surcharges:

  • Orders may be subject to short notice, expedited, or holiday surcharges. These surcharges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and will be reflected in the final invoice.
